Dilmah Tea’s Resplendent Ceylon is creating a collection of small, luxury resorts that offer the discriminating traveller a unique circuit across Sri Lanka, with a range of authentic cultural experiences, while contributing towards local communities and the environment through the MJF Foundation & Dilmah Conservation. The circuit currently comprises of three resorts, all members of Relais & Chateaux. We call it the Resplendent Sri Lanka Journey – Tea, Sea & Safari.
This role oversees the entire front office operation of Resplendent Ceylon. Answering multiple calls from a range of stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date records of all types of communication, keeping well organized and attractive reception, making everlasting relationships with customers, and cheerfully assisting the Sales & HR team with administrative work are key responsibilities of the role.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and pleasing whilst multitasking in an office environment. Proven history of providing exceptional service for a wide variety of internal and external customers. Sound MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to assist in administrative work of the sales & HR team. Female candidates with a minimum of one year’s experience in a corporate office are desired.
