POP Pilates is a fusion “Mat Pilates” workout combining ab-sculpting and total-body-defining moves choreographed to popular music hits, challenging you to flow from one exercise to the next while developing a solid core and lean, strong muscles in process.

TRX Full Body Workout is a bodyweight suspension trainer that helps to build  strength, flexibility, mobility, and prevent injuries – all at the intensity you choose. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself by simply adjusting your body angle to add or decrease resistance.

Bamboo Posality is a new word that comes from combination of Posture, Mobility and Vitality. This class is exclusively designed by our professional trainer and includes posture correcting exercises as well as mobility and flexibility drills with bamboo sticks.

FitKids Bootcamp is an entertaining and non-competitive outdoor physical activity for kids and teens consists of warm up, agility and coordination drills, exercises using light weights, interval training in a circuit, brain-muscle-connection games and cool down stretching.
