Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.
The Role
We are in a lookout for a dedicated and service driven individuals with strong front office background. As a Senior Resort Host, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. You will assist with managing reservations and provide concierge services, guiding guests through personalized experiences and addressing their requests.
Your profile
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- A friendly and welcoming attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
