Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Area Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Kayaam House. You will manage budgeting, general ledger reconciliation, ensure compliance, and drive profitability. The role includes implementing risk controls, optimizing financial processes, and working closely with property managers to achieve business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in finance, with a proven record in hospitality finance.
• Extensive experience managing complex financial operations, with both local and international exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle MC and SUN systems is a plus.
• Must hold professional qualifications in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Expertise in implementing financial controls, budgeting, and profitability strategies.
• Ability to oversee financial operations at Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Kayaam House, with flexibility for regular travel.
