Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agents, and ensure repeat business. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets while delivering exceptional service. If you have experience with reputable brands locally or internationally, we’d like to hear from you.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably with reputable brands.
• Experience in both local and international markets is a plus.
• Dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and driven by success.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Liaise with all global sales teams to drive revenue in all key markets.
• Drive initiatives to grow the group segment for Resplendent.
