Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. As the Chef de Cuisine, you’ll be responsible for managing our kitchen operations at Cape Weligama, from menu planning to staff training. You’ll create amazing dishes, ensure food safety, lead our team of chefs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on new culinary ideas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of culinary techniques, a passion for food, and excellent leadership skills.
