Chef De Partie – Pastry

Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and passionate pastry chef to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie. You will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and bread. You will also be involved in training and supervising junior pastry chefs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Pastry in a luxury hotel.
• Strong pastry-making skills, including a deep understanding of flavors, textures, and techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts.
