The Role

We are seeking a Commis I – Pastry to join our culinary team. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you will assist in creating and presenting exceptional desserts and baked goods. Your role will be vital in ensuring precision in baking techniques and upholding the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, contributing to the overall success of our kitchen.

Your Profile

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and fundamental baking skills.
• A creative approach to pastry design, incorporating new trends.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Passion for delivering exceptional quality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
