Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Officer. As the Guest Experience Officer, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This involves building strong guest relationships, anticipating their needs, and delivering personalized service. You will coordinate guest activities, manage feedback, and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest journey.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a luxury resort.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
