Dilmah Tea’s Resplendent Ceylon is creating a collection of small, luxury resorts that offer the discerning traveler a unique circuit across Sri Lanka, with a range of authentic cultural experiences, while contributing towards local communities and the environment through the MJF Foundation & Dilmah Conservation. The circuit currently comprises of three resorts, all members of Relais & Chateaux. We call it the Resplendent Sri Lanka Journey – Tea, Sea & Safari.

Wild Coast Lodge sits on a secluded beach on the edge of Yala National Park. 28 vaulted “Cocoon” tents offer the comfort of a luxury hotel with the excitement of a safari style wilderness experience.

THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for an energetic individual who is:

• Committed to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion & enjoys guest interaction
• Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Highly organized, energetic and possess the ability to get the job done on timely manner
• Able to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Upholding professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
• A leader of impeccable service standards and consistent quality.
• Excellent in carrying out transformative training.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role for an international 5* hotel or Resort
• Experience with Butler Service
• Multiple language speaking ability would be an added advantage
• Passionate work ethic
