Reservations Executive

Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join as a Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, providing accurate information about our hotel and its amenities, and maximizing room occupancy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in reservation software and systems.
