Having made a confirmed reservation on our website, if you discover a lower rate within 24 hours for the same dates and accommodation type, please submit a claim. We’ll match the lower rate, subject to our terms and conditions.

Competitive cancellation policy

We offer a competitive, staggered cancellation policy for all online direct bookings, as illustrated in our general payment and cancellation terms below. Please note that special rates and offers will be governed by stricter policies, which supersede the general policies mentioned below.

Peak Season Reservations: (20 December to 10 January);

Payment Terms:
– A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking in order to confirm
– The balance of 70% is payable 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:
– If cancelled within 60 days of arrival 50% of the full stay will be charged
– If cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of the full stay will be charged

All reservations for the rest of the year excluding the peak season (11 January to 19 December).

Payment Terms:
– A refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking in order to confirm
– The balance of 70% is payable 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:
– If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 30% of the full stay will be charged
– If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the full stay will be charged
– If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the full stay will be charged

No shows:
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the full stay

Check-in / Check-out:
Our check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. It would be helpful if you could notify us in advance of any early or late arrival, or any other relevant information regarding your travel itinerary.
