Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Ayurvedic Therapist to deliver authentic and personalised wellness experiences at Kayaam Wellness.
You will be responsible for performing traditional Ayurvedic therapies with precision and care, ensuring each guest receives treatments that reflect the highest standards of healing and hospitality. Your calm presence and professional expertise will contribute to the nurturing atmosphere that defines our wellness sanctuary.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a spa or wellness resort setting
- Certification in Ayurvedic therapy from a recognised institute
- Expertise in classical Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Pinda Sweda
- Strong understanding of dosha-based therapy customisation
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, guest-focused approach
- Ability to work closely with Ayurvedic doctors and wellness teams
- Passionate about holistic wellness and traditional healing practices
