Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.
The Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of drinks with consistency and creativity, maintaining a well-stocked and organised bar and delivering warm, attentive service. Your knowledge, flair and professionalism will enhance the overall guest journey at Cape Weligama.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a luxury resort or fine-dining bar.
- Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and local ingredients.
- A passion for mixology and an eye for detail in presentation.
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards.
- A team player with a positive, service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in bar tools, techniques and POS systems.
