The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Ceylon Tea Trails and support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across service periods, and supporting daily kitchen operations. You will work closely with the senior chefs to uphold quality, creativity, and a smooth, collaborative environment.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a luxury resort or fine-dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality during busy service times.
- Experience assisting with mise en place and day-to-day kitchen tasks.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting different areas of the kitchen.
