We are seeking a skilled Commis I to support the day-to-day operations at Wild Coast Tented Lodge. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to the innovation and consistency of our menus.
You will take ownership of assigned prep areas, assist with plating during service, and ensure that mise en place is consistently maintained. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a motivated and disciplined chef looking to refine their skills in a dynamic fine-dining environment.
