The Role

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Senior Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to the innovation and consistency of our menus.

You will take ownership of assigned prep areas, assist with plating during service, and ensure that mise en place is consistently maintained. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a motivated and disciplined chef looking to refine their skills in a dynamic fine-dining environment.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a luxury resort or fine-dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to maintain consistency and quality during busy service times.
  • Experience assisting with mise en place and day-to-day kitchen tasks.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting different areas of the kitchen.
