Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to support the day-to-day operational transport requirements of Kayaam Wellness. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting staff, managing routine purchasing duties, and providing exceptional service during guest excursions and transfers.
You will ensure all resort vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and deliver a warm, courteous service that reflects the values of Resplendent Ceylon. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organised, punctual, and committed to creating a smooth and seamless experience for both guests and colleagues.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, road regulations, and safe driving practices.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and routine checks of assigned vehicles.
- A courteous, reliable, and service-oriented personality with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving licence for both light and heavy vehicles, with a clean driving record.
