The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations at Cape Weligama. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of housekeeping functions, ensuring that every villa, suite, and public area embodies the resort’s exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and refined luxury.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the housekeeping team, ensuring consistent quality across all guest areas, overseeing inventory and linen control, and implementing operational procedures that uphold the resort’s service excellence.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity within a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory management, and cleaning standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with flexibility to support across all housekeeping functions.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering an immaculate guest environment.
