Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Executive to support the Food & Beverage operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests at Cape Weligama.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day F&B service operations, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, manage inventory and orders and ensure brand standards are consistently met. You will also support team training and contribute to maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and service delivery.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience as a F&B Executive in a luxury or five-star resort/hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
