Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven F&B Supervisor to lead our F&B team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring consistent service standards and supporting the team in delivering refined and personalised hospitality. You will act as a key liaison between the culinary and service teams, guiding service ambassadors while upholding the values of our brand.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, wine, and menu presentation.
- Ability to train, inspire and support a team of service professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest communication skills.
- A commitment to mindful, sustainable, and wellness-driven hospitality.
