The Role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Curator to be the face of Ahu Bay, delivering warm hospitality and memorable guest journeys. You will promote our experiences, F&B offerings, and spa treatments, while accompanying guests on excursions and curating new experiences based on their interests. The ability to lead yoga sessions is an added advantage, and maintaining fitness levels is essential to curate and host outdoor experiences or sports activities.

As a main point of contact for our in-house guests, you’ll assist with special requests, manage feedback, and coordinate with all departments to ensure a seamless and delightful experience throughout their stay.

Global exposure is required, and expats are also welcome to apply.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a Guest Relations or Concierge role within a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and personalized service.
  • Passion for guest engagement and curating unique local experiences.
  • Skilled in upselling and promoting experiences, spa, and F&B add-ons.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and deliver seamless guest journeys.
