The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and a proactive working attitude to join our team.
As an Internal Audit Executive, you will work directly with the Group Internal Audit Manager and will be responsible for supporting the internal audit function across all properties. You will assist in evaluating and improving internal controls, operational processes, and compliance standards to ensure the continued efficiency and integrity of our operations.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or finance within the hospitality industry
- Qualification in CIMA or CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of audit principles, internal controls, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel to properties and stay over for audit reviews
