We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Cape Weligama. In this role, you will support the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in delivering exceptional dining experiences while upholding our brand’s commitment to culinary excellence and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring food quality and consistency, as well as guiding junior team members. You will also play a vital role in maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing stock levels, and adhering to health and safety standards.
