Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to elevate the growth journey of our passionate hospitality team at Wild Coast Tented Lodge.
In this role, you will design, deliver and monitor learning experiences that strengthen employee skills and align with our commitment to world-class guest service. You will play a key part in developing training materials, onboarding new team members, conducting performance-based training, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in learning & development or a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector
- Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify training needs and create impactful learning solutions
- Passion for people development and a keen eye for potential
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and commitment to maintaining high service standards
