Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Officer to join our team and support procurement operations across our properties.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from sourcing suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services. You will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to maintain cost efficiency, ensure compliance with company standards, and build strong vendor relationships that support our operational excellence.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in inventory management, vendor coordination, and purchase order processes
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Valid heavy/light vehicle driving licence is a must
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in procurement are also encouraged to apply.
