The Role

We are looking for a warm, engaging and guest-oriented Resort Host to deliver exceptional experiences at Cape Weligama.

In this role, you will provide personalised service throughout the guest journey—from arrival to departure—while anticipating needs, accommodating preferences, and coordinating daily activities. With a genuine passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in creating meaningful and memorable stays for every guest at Cape Weligama.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a front office or guest relations role.
  • Warm, approachable personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful touches.
  • A team player with a professional, positive, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and guest service tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
