The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering and maintenance operations at Kayaam House. In this role, you will oversee the daily supervision of technical and maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of resort facilities.
You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, guide and support the engineering team, and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and maintenance operations, standards, and procedures.
- Proven ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities and support project execution effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining safe, functional, and well-presented facilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
