Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Ayurveda focused Kayaam Wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and intuitive Spa Therapist to join our wellness team at Cape Weligama.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments that restore, relax and rejuvenate. You will be an integral part of creating serene and transformative guest experiences in an environment that reflects the natural beauty and tranquility of our coastal setting.
Your Profile

3+ years of experience in a luxury resort or spa environment.

Expertise in a wide range of treatments including massage therapies, facials, and holistic body treatments.

A strong passion for wellness, healing practices, and personalized guest care.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Calm, empathetic, and guest-focused approach.
