Travel Designer
The Resplendent Traveller is the in-house concierge and destination management arm of Resplendent Ceylon, specializing in the design and delivery of bespoke journeys across Sri Lanka. We curate immersive, multi-stop travel experiences that reflect the island’s culture, landscape and depth — seamlessly integrating accommodation, transport, guiding and exclusive access.
The Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Executive – to design and coordinate customized journeys across Sri Lanka for our global clientele and international travel partners. This role requires strong destination expertise and the ability to translate guest briefs into commercially sound, well-paced itineraries.
You will create end-to-end travel programs, work closely with overseas travel agents and advisors, liaise with trusted local partners, and ensure seamless execution from initial enquiry through completion — delivering journeys that are precise, thoughtful and flawlessly managed.
Your Profile
- 3+ years’ experience in luxury travel design, DMC operations or high-end hospitality.
- Strong working knowledge of Sri Lanka’s destinations, routing logistics and experiential offerings.
- Proven experience building detailed itineraries and handling foreign travel agents.
- Excellent organizational skills with a structured, detail-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; foreign language ability (Chinese or Spanish) will be considered an advantage.
- A passion for curating meaningful journeys and delivering exceptional service.
