Your guide will provide a deeper understanding of the tea trade, from cultivation to auction. Next, you’ll move to the tea tasting room, where professionals will demonstrate how they evaluate teas in the traditional manner, where each estate production invoice is manually tasted, followed by a tasting of a variety of teas from different regions and processing styles. The tour concludes with refreshments and a final discussion.
