We are ensuring a consistent supply of batteries and memory cards for these cameras, and we have 2 2-TB hard drives in use for data storage. To enhance the security of our equipment, we have commissioned 20 steel lock boxes, which are now being deployed in the field.

Native forest plant species are being sourced for habitat restoration efforts. Over 1000 plants are currently housed in nurseries, with an additional 3000 plants scheduled for delivery. Planting of 550 plants has been completed in the Peak Ridge Forest Corridor. A partner organization has committed to providing 100,000 plants over a 36-month period.

Snare patrolling activities have increased, with monthly patrols conducted by WWCT team members and estate staff.

In-field awareness initiatives are being carried out alongside school and community programs. Four snare patrol/in-field awareness programs have been conducted, covering over 500 hectares of land and resulting in the removal of 21 snares.
