The Supplier represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption Act No. 9 of 2023.
The Supplier agrees not to engage in any form of corrupt practices, including offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any other corrupt actions such as extortion, fraud, impersonation, false declarations, or money laundering, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the purchase order or related contracts.
Non-compliance with this clause constitutes a material breach of the contract, granting the Buyer the right to terminate the order immediately.
Any suspected or actual instances of bribery, corruption, or unethical conduct related to the purchase order or associated transactions must be promptly reported to the Buyer. The Buyer will conduct an investigation and, if necessary, take legal action, including notifying relevant regulatory agencies or law enforcement authorities.
