This discount cannot be redeemed for airport transfers or other transport requirements. This discount amount cannot be combined with other offers. We offer a competitive, staggered cancellation policy for all online direct bookings, including limited special offers periodically.

Peak Season Reservations: (20 December to 10 January);
Payment Terms:
- A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking in order to confirm
- The balance 70% is payable 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelled within 45 days of arrival 50% of the full stay will be charged
- If cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of the full stay will be charged
All Non-peak Reservations from 11 January to 19 December:
Payment Terms:
- A refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking in order to confirm
- The balance 70% is payable 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 30% of the full stay will be charged
- If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the full stay will be charged
- If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the full stay will be charged
No shows:
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the full stay
Check-in / Check-out:
Our check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. It would be helpful if you could notify us in advance of any early or late arrival, or any other relevant information regarding your travel itinerary.

All guests who make a reservation directly on our official website stand a chance to win a free stay. The draw is conducted each quarter for stays during the past three months. The lucky winner will be contacted via the email provided by you at the time the reservation was made.
- Quarter 1 consists of January, February, and March
- Quarter 2 consists of April, May, and June
- Quarter 3 consists of July, August, and September
- Quarter 4 consists of October, November, and December
Free stay conditions:
- To qualify for the draw, the reservation should be made directly on Resplendent Ceylon official website.
- Lead name of the guest who stayed at the resort will be entitled to the draw whether or not the reservation was made by the said guest.
- One complimentary night stay voucher on double occupancy will be offered on Bed and Breakfast basis (fully inclusive basis in the case of Ceylon Tea Trails and Wild Coast Tented Lodge).
- Travel period for the free stay can be redeemed between 1st May to 15th July and from 1st September to 31st October of the following year from when the stay took place.
- It is mandatory for the winning guest to stay when redeeming the free stay.
- Free night cannot be refunded, deferred or transferred to another person and will expire after its validity period.
