The Role

In this role, you will manage the resort’s daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring secure banking, timely deposits, and accurate reconciliations.

The role involves overseeing all cash floats, petty cash disbursements, and currency exchanges, while maintaining strict compliance with financial policies and internal controls. You will supervise outlet cashier activities, conduct spot checks, safeguard all financial assets, and promptly address any discrepancies — all while fostering strong relationships with banking partners.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts, finance or cashiering, preferably in a hospitality or luxury resort environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and cash-handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling financial transactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
