The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the beverage experience across Resplendent Ceylon.
The role focuses on creating an innovative, high-quality, and consistently delivered beverage offering across wines, spirits, signature cocktails, tea, and coffee, rooted in craft, provenance, and a strong sense of place. Working across all five resorts, you will shape a cohesive group-wide beverage vision, setting standards for product quality, menu development, service culture, and presentation, while respecting each property’s individual character.
You will also develop collaborations with like-minded producers and partners, driving innovation, exclusive offerings, and memorable guest experiences across the portfolio.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in luxury bar, hotel, or multi-property beverage leadership
- Strong expertise in wines, spirits, tea, and signature cocktail development
- Proven ability to manage beverage profitability, forecasting & cost controls
- Experience in supplier negotiation, compliance & inventory governance
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire bar and restaurant beverage teams
- Exceptional communication skills with a refined, guest-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel between properties and work in a group capacity
