You will oversee the concept development, execution, and consistency of all Indian menus, while inspiring and mentoring a high-performing culinary team committed to excellence.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of culinary experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star resort or hotel.
  • Mastery of regional Indian cuisines with modern plating and presentation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute elevated, seasonal menus
  • Strong leadership skills with experience training and developing diverse teams
  • High standards in kitchen hygiene, operations, and cost control
