The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to oversee tasks across resort facilities, act as the primary liaison for engineering-related communications, and ensure that projects and service requests are followed up efficiently.
In this role, you will prepare management reports and presentations on engineering and maintenance projects, manage priorities in collaboration with the team, and uphold the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest experience across the property.
Your Profile
- Recognized academic qualifications in Engineering and/or Maintenance.
- Proven expertise in engineering and maintenance operations with a strong technical foundation.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and project management capabilities.
- Skilled at fostering collaboration across diverse professional groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
- Strong commitment to excellence in service delivery and operational standards.
