The Role
As a Front Office Executive, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures while delivering personalized, attentive service throughout each stay. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and care, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
From welcoming guests to assisting with daily front office operations, you will play an essential role in upholding our standards of luxury hospitality.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, service-driven approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and reservations
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with PMS systems and basic operational procedures
