The Role

As the Guest Service Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling all internal and external calls, coordinating guest services, and ensuring timely communication between departments. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a warm, professional tone will be essential in delivering seamless guest experiences.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star resort/hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a courteous, guest-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using call handling systems and hotel management software.
  • A proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
