The Role

As the Villa Dining Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of private dining, ensuring timely, discreet and flawless service to villas. You will lead a team that delivers personalised dining experiences with precision, care and attention to detail.

From breakfast setups to curated private dinners, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint reflects our standard of thoughtful, refined hospitality.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within private villa or in-room dining.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Well-versed in guest preferences and capable of delivering highly personalised service in a discreet and professional manner.
