The Role
In this role, you will lead day-to-day Ayurvedic consultations and treatments at Kayaam House.
You will play an integral role in delivering personalised wellness journeys, ensuring authenticity and care in every guest interaction. This role requires a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain the serene and healing atmosphere that defines Kayaam House.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from a recognized institution
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical or wellness resort setting
- Strong foundation in Ayurvedic diagnostics and therapeutic treatments
- Confident in leading consultations and designing guest-specific wellness plans
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Passionate about holistic wellbeing and authentic Ayurvedic practices
- Licensed and registered to practise Ayurveda in Sri Lanka
