The Role

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will lead impactful learning initiatives across Resplendent Ceylon’s portfolio of luxury resorts. Your role will focus on designing and delivering progressive learning programmes that enhance team capabilities, elevate service excellence, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

You will be instrumental in shaping meaningful learning experiences across the organisation while working closely with the Assistant Vice President – Learning & Development to implement the group-wide L&D strategy and drive key talent development priorities.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with a strong grasp of service excellence
  • A background in L&D or international exposure is an added advantage
  • Proficient in leveraging digital tools and blended learning to deliver high-impact training
  • A proven track record of designing and executing L&D strategies in dynamic hospitality settings
  • Strong operational insight, particularly in F&B and Rooms Division training
  • Willingness to travel across properties and work with minimal supervision
