Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.
The Role
As the Reservations Executive – Direct Sales, you will play a key role in managing and processing guest reservations received via phone, email, and online platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of accurately entering guest information, confirming bookings, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure guest preferences are met.
You will also liaise with travel agents and corporate clients, maintain up-to-date records, monitor room availability, and generate regular reports for management to support smooth operations and informed decision-making.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a reservations role in a luxury or five-star resort/hotel.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage bookings with a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
