Retail Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to product curation. You will manage the full cycle of purchase orders—from raising and issuing to sharing with stakeholders—while ensuring timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and smooth payment processes. You will also drive sales through effective visual merchandising and provide regular sales and revenue reports to relevant departments. Additionally, you will oversee retail assistants and their daily responsibilities, serving as the direct point of contact for all vendors to maintain strong, reliable partnerships.

• 2+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Strong background in inventory management, vendor coordination, and purchase order processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across multiple locations.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
