The Role
As the Shop Assistant, you will welcome guests into our tea shop and ensure every interaction is memorable. From sharing the stories behind our hand-picked teas to maintaining a beautifully curated retail space, you will play an important role in extending the hospitality of Ceylon Tea Trails beyond the bungalow.
In this role, your passion for service and eye for detail will help create an inviting atmosphere where guests feel connected to the heritage and elegance of Ceylon tea.
Your Profile
- Prior experience in retail or guest service, ideally within a luxury setting.
- A genuine passion for tea and storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and confident when engaging with guests.
- Ability to manage stock and handle transactions efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail and presentation.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
