Staff Cook/ Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a Staff Cook / Kitchen Assistant to support the day-to-day kitchen operations at Ceylon Tea Trails. In this role, you will assist in preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals for our ambassadors, ensuring consistency, quality and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

You will support food preparation, basic cooking, and plating, while ensuring the kitchen and work areas are kept clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.

• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar role or kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and support multiple tasks
• A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
