The Role
In this role as Team Leader – Housekeeping, you will support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
You will supervise a team of attendants, assist with training and scheduling, and carry out regular inspections to uphold service excellence.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and quality controls.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, supporting smooth operations.
