The Role

We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Executive who will oversee and handle all office maintenance tasks at our head office. The role should:
• Ensure smooth administrative operations and facilities management.
• Attend to office maintenance promptly by communicating with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining of ACs, electricals, plumbing etc.
• Attending to office refurbishment projects.
• Liaising with the premises maintenance, designers, engineers etc
• Attending to any other admin or maintenance related tasks as instructed by the management.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Qualified in GCE Advanced Level and a Diploma or equivalent.
